We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Our European warehouse address will be provided after return approval.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@furniturer.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
